No Returns or Exchanges

- Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they are defective.
- Slight variations in wood grain, color, or texture are natural and not considered defects.
Returns & Refunds (Manufacturer Defects Only)
We take great care in crafting and inspecting our products. However, if you receive an item with a manufacturer defect, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
You must report the defect within 7 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a refund request, send clear photos and a video showing the defect to our support team.
Once we review and confirm the defect, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
